New idea for the GWSF

So someone (I think logamac?) just got an idea.
The idea of holding a contest like a Roll Playing Game.
People discussed it but there wasn't a clear result.
I thought about it and I think the idea is really good!

My contest the "Great World Song Festival" hasn't
much 'fans' yet. So I decided to start my contest all
over again using the new idea.

It would be like this:

• Everybody gets a country for a few editions (or forever don't know)
  
• Every country has a head of delegation (That would be you or an imaginary character. But you influence that person)
  
• Every country has an amount of money to send an entry, hold a National Final etc.
  
• The placing in the final influences how much "CD Buyers" (lol is this even a word?) you get. The higher the more money you get.
  

I hope this is enough for a little overview.
