Normally, you take part with your current IMF country. If it didn't participate between 2002-2014 (e.g. Luxembourg), it may be able to borrow.


National selections are able to be held, of course.


If you don't want your current IMF country at the SE, just tell below, and a solution will be found.
The edition will start somewhere when the #16 one has started, so they will kinda go along.

Luxembourg not taking part?
Luxembourg City, 21:58 PM CET - There has been reports from the Luxembourgian RTL that they may take a break from the edition, due to the fact that Luxembourg has not taken part in 2002-2014, and that the majority of the public do not feel that a borrow is necessary:

Yes to borrowing - 47% 
No to borrowing - 53% 

This poll was held this evening and a LOAD of Luxembourgers voted in time, including.. I think you know who  

Anyways, also, there is a possibility Luxembourg's RTL will change into RTL Lux, during #16. However, at this current point, it's more than likely Luxembourg will confirm, however, negotiations are in place, and if there will be borrowing involved, we'll assure to do our best to send a good entry.
