Already here in Albania rumours are going around that KlanTV are going to participate in NVSC #11.

Probably the country will choose the artist internally, because in the past edition

Albania announced withdrawl for financial difficulties, so for this reason the Albanian television is not able to create a national selection for NVSC 11

Conclusion: if Albania will participate in NVSC 11, it will choose the artist internally.

Albania will choose the artist internally.
Rumours uncertain know that artist is willing to take part.
The Albanian TV is hoping for a strong song, meanwhile all singers interested can send their proposal, if it is strong, incredible, powerful and able to compete in the competition it will be chosen.
KlanTV will only reveal the song that will be chosen, the time is still long and anything can happen.

KlanTV has decided to open a small selection for choose their singer, the reason is very clear,
Albanian TV also want to take part in the Ogan Second Chance Contest,
so this will only be possible with a small national selection!
