Option 3 wins with ~52%     will continue participating as own countries, but they can't borrow from each other anymore. This means, that Ella Henderson for example can only represent England, while Nina Nesbitt can only take part for Scotland. This rule will begin in FoM #14, as and didn't send a song yet. I hope the users are happy with this decision  if this rule causes a non-participation of and ( doesn't take part anyway at the moment), then I'll just take the first option and will only allow 1 country  |
