International Music Festival 38: Possible system changes?

THE FUTURE OF THE CONTINENTAL SYSTEM
As several broadcasters now criticized the current system, the IBU likes to launch a poll for the broadcasters to decide on the contest's future. 

The IBU came to the conclusion that the following options may be used for the up-coming editions:

A. Keep the continental system
The 38th edition would run just as the 37th edition.

B. Remove the continental system, launch a participation limit
Due to the worldwide access for the broadcasters, the only option by removing the continental system is to have a participation limit. Possible options for that include the "first come - first serve" system. When full, no further nations can join.

C. Remove broadcasters outside the former IBU regions
Possibly the most controversial option, intends removing all nations that have been added for the 37th edition.

I think is very unfair for the Non-European Countries because we have organise national selections and I think this change will not be so good.

I may suggest you to make 4 Quarter finals with about 15-20 songs in each from which around 10 songs qualify to 2 semi-finals with 20 songs in each

The Continental system is a really good idea honestly, but definitely, having 34 countries is not a good thing, so maybe having 2 European QF would be better

My opinion:
I would say get rid of the continential final and for like a quater final i feel it would be best to have 1 big quater final then to the semis and finals

or 1 big semi then final and the top 16 or top would be AQ

I voted for the second option as I don't feel like voting in a final with 30 songs (and yeah I remember that there was that discussion already once - and yeah also about the non-european-countries). My least preferred one is C as it leaves more options to take and I guess countries like South Africa, New Zealand, Canada etc. are more popular than countries like Moldova, Belarus, Georgia etc.

Don't get me wrong, but with all these changes I start to get the feeling that you don't really know what you want. I mean this would'd be the at least 6th change already.
