CONFIRMATIONS HAVE CLOSED
25 countries will take part this edition held in  Bergen! Tied with #4, this is the second highest number the contest had! Nations confirming from this point won't be allowed to take part in the contest. To see them, visit the wikia.
 Bulgaria and the  United Kingdom will withdraw. Bulgaria's HoD changed to another country, so it's free, but the HoD of the UK won't lose it, due to his warned inactivity.
I am also very happy to say that  Canada,  FYR Macedonia,  Poland, the  United States and  Uzbekistan will return! Welcome back to the contest!
Theme art, running order and the sneak peeks are expected within the following days of May. This edition is unlikely to have support banners, but they are likely to return in #9!
 Australia (Dominic ),  Belgium (niko ) and  New Zealand (Grace ) are still left to submit their entry.
