The Rules Said it must 50-100 Percent Here is the Calculation -50 Percent when she is Belgian because she grow up in Ghent. -50 Percent for both Martiniquean - Guadeloupean Parents which mean considered about 25 Percent.
Sorry this entry has been ejected
Born and raised in Ghent to parents from the Martinique and Guadeloupe islands, Adigéry has been surrounded by music her entire life. Growing up, she recalls hearing her musician mother singing along to everything, but with a specific fondness for French (yé-yé, chanson) and Caribbean (zouk, bachata, salsa) genres. Correction Martinique can borrow from France and so 10-25 Percent for the birth Country and that is enough for the strong connection.

Sorry that Parents of the Artist is Martiniquean and Guadeloupean that she was born in France and she grown up in Belgium It's cannot consider for it. "Born", "Grown up", doesn't say anything in the rules about that. She probably has French citizenship too. Plus Martinique and Guadeloupe are both departments of France, so therefore, she is technically 50%, while being 50%. so i can borrow.
