Voting is supposed to close and we've received votes from 31/42 countries. requested a replacement vote so they will not receive a strike. The other 10 countries who didn't vote in time now have an extra strike. However, since there are so many missing votes still, I'll extend the deadline now to 7/10 at 10:00 PST/19:00 CET for a full strike removal.
