(not so) Confirmation Reminder 3

Participation rules:
1. To apply to the contest, just type "I confirm", and you will be added to the list of participants.
2. When the confirmation period ends, you'll be assigned a random country.
3. The maximum ammount of participants is 46 participants.
4. In case more than 46 are interested, the 5 users with the worst scores and the people who confirmed after the 46th person will compete in a PQR for the 5 last spots.
5. Not confirming in time gives you 15% warning.

Entry rules:
1. (Junior) Eurovision Song Contest entries are not allowed.
2. Singers must have an connection to the country they represent:
4. Remixes are allowed, as long as theyre listed as official singles of the singer on Spotify/ITunes/other streaming devices.
5. Songs must be released after 2010.
6. Songs have to be sent in 5 contests maximum, passing that limit means the song is overused.
7. Covers are not allowed.
8. For a group to represent a country, they must have 1/3rd of the members be from the certain country (ex. TWICE can represent because almost 2/3rds are from there but they can also represent since 1/3rd of the members are from there)
9. Not sending an entry will get you a 15% warning.
10. The view limit is 100 million views
Country rotation:
Every edition, the bottom 3-5 countries will withdraw in a way 5 new countries can debut or return to the contest.
3 countries withdraw when we have 25 or less participants.
4 countries withdraw when we have 26-40 participants.
5 countries withdraw when there are 41+ participants.
Warnings can be handed for:

- Are currently living there
- Have the said nationality
- Have roots from the country (furthest is grandparent(s))
