BARBADOS CONFIRMS!
Broadcaster CBC and the Barbadian government concluded that Nina Carr (also known as Jenny Mayhem) has successfully redeemed herself and has been removed from Barbados' Most Wanted list. She successfully brought Barbados another qualification into the final after her past two embarrassing failed attempts.
Barbados is ready to move on from that story arc and into a new one: participation is certain for the island in the upcoming edition of Own Americavision in Belize.
The entry will once again be selected internally.

ANGUILLA Deanna - "Guerilla Warfare"
Maybe it’s something in the fresh Caribbean air that's producing music’s newest and hottest stars and songs. Hailing from the small Caribbean island of Anguilla, Deanna jumps right in the fray with her stunning performances on X Factor UK 2017. Deanna sang her heart out and made it to the final stages of the highly rated television show.
Like most fairy tales Deanna was at home, a regular island girl, hitting the beach, texting with friends and singing for family and community functions when the industry came calling. A heavy hitter liver performance showcase in Anguilla organized by music industry giants Ivan Berry and Max Gousse, brought many American senior music executives, and thereafter many trips to Los Angeles, Toronto and other Caribbean islands to work with multi-platinum and Grammy Award winning producers, songwriters and music executives, led her on the right path.*
The 26-year-old singer made a name for herself since appearing on stage, from age two, with her father, Darwin Musington, a popular singer and musician. She has now gone a step further in life – owning a number of ventures in Anguilla and maturing as a famed entertainer with world-wide connections.
