I've decided to close the voting at Thursday October 31th, 2013 since I still need 4 votes from the participants but some of them aren't able to vote at the moment.

The voting has now closed! Czech Republic (would've been the winner by the way ), Ireland & South Korea are disqualified because they didn't vote. The Netherlands gave me a reason why they couldn't vote, so they won't be disqualified.

I'll try to get the results online at Sunday 3 November 2013. If you still haven't sent your entry for the 4th edition, please send me one. Check this topic for the already taken countries!
