♦ Sweden and Norway are still on 2nd and 3rd. 

♦ Denmark is moving closer to the top and is now on the 4th place. 

♦ Hungary has fallen a place back to the 5th place. 

♦ United Kingdom has overtaken Ukraine and has the 6th place now. 

♦ Belgium and Azerbaijan still have the 8th and 9th place. 

♦ Italy have overtaken Romania's 10th place.

the odds are as low as Sweden's odds were on the night of the Grand Final in 2012.

What do these numbers (actually odds) reflect?
I just know: The country at the top is favorite for the moment but what has this to do with the actually numbers?
