It means that the country, who gets it, out from the first/second-half from both of the Semis can choose their places. Obviously, Ireland has chosen #18 in SF1, because Jedward was the artist who should close the show like last year in SF2. Spain has probably chosen #19, because Azerbaijan was #19 last year  |
