What was the other country that was suppose to take part in the PQR? Switzerland 
Originally, if a country would have withdrawn, the next country would have taken its place in the PQR, but we decided to take just the countries that are in the bottom 5, to avoid situations were countries withdraw to "push" others in the PQR  Can't there be a temp. owner to make it fair? |

Just a question : do only the PQR countries vote?
Can we allow in our rules to make vote all the participating countries?

 The Hungarian HoD is giving an information After hosting the first edition of North Vision Song Contest, our beloved country would like to inaugurate the first Pre-Qualification Round ever. The venue :  The Budapest National Theatre is the location where the PQR would take place. There are 619 seats, so all Europe wont be here to assist the show. In fact, we would only allow the delegations from each participating country, some journalist, and maybe some lucky people who will win the remaining places in our super-lottery. Nothing will be changed inside, there will just be the artists, their songs... And their talent. We don't want to make the 5 countries which wont qualify pay too much for nothing. The host :  The famous TV presenter Éva Novodomszky would present the show. She is known in all Europe and even have a page in the Armenian Wikipedia. She presented A Dal 2014, A Magyar Dal 3, will present A Magyar Dal 4 and was the Hungarian spokesperson in Eurovision Song Contest 2013. The logo :  Our greatest statisticians discovered that the people loved sunsets and animals. So we took the decision of mixing both. Before everything, we want our telespectators to be satisfied. |
