then they are not Romanians. They are gipsies that came from Romania and were born there... If I was born in the US by Danish parents, then move to Finland, I'd be a Dane. The same applies for gipsies born in Romania who moved in Spain: they're not Romanians. And I've been in Romania last December so I know the difference

If I was born in the US by Danish parents, then move to Finland, I'd be a Dane. And US too because you were born there. As far as I know you take your parents' nationality until you're 18 when you can choose.

As far as I know you have the US-citizenship during your whole lifetime and. And to give it back is difficult. But I don't have it so I'm not 100% sure if its right. And you have to pay taxes wherever you live.

And you have to pay taxes wherever you live. Yeah, thats why it isnt that good to have US citizenship, because you have to pay the US taxes and the taxes in the state, in which you are living.
