 Azerbaijan debuts!
Azerbaijan has confirmed their first participation in the second edition of the Eurofestival Song Contest. The country had expressed interest in participating in the contest during the first edition. İctimai Television (İTV) will be responsible for the country's participating in the contest. The broadcaster will probably host a national selection for the contest. More details will be revealed during the final of the first edition.
İTV will broadcast the first edition although the country is not participating.
