Ok, here's my picture ->
Looks kinda
latvian, right?
And here's my entry with explanation:
Explanation - as you can see palm trees in this picture, the first song that came into my mind, was this one, because it's title translates as "Coconut" - that would be the litaral explanation, but the metaphoric is that this picture also shows love and this song isn't really about coconuts, if we see it's real meaning - it's about lonely man, who waits his whole life for his love, like the last coconut in the palm tree waits for it's fall... so he's meant "the coconut" in this song...
Here are the lyrics:
"Coconut"Winds are blowing and the sand is running in the air,
But I smile and still look forward,
Exactly what, if sun is enough for me
And sweet clamor of gulls also (are enough)?
(While) Looking down, I started to giggle.
Who knows if I'll ever have this pleasure
To see my shell (divided) in two parts,
And let someone taste the juice of life (it's not exactly like that, but it's hard to translate it different)
Just like the last coconut in the palm tree
I swing in my own royal court
And wait, when you'll come.
Just like the last coconut in the palm tree
I know I would fall even in the frost
If you'd come and catch me in your warm hands.
The road to me isn't that high or far,
It's not that the frost in winter caresses (me)
Look, just look up finally
Maybe here's what you and I are waiting for
More and more...
I'm waiting and waiting, and waiting, and waiting...
Just like the last coconut in the palm tree
I swing in my own royal court
And wait, when you'll come.
Just like the last coconut in the palm tree
I know I would fall even in the frost
If you'd come and catch me in your warm hands.
I'm waiting...
