First of all I want to thank  Emre for his amazing work! I joined in the time he was hosting (the  29th edition  ) and the contest became quickly one of my favourite contests - probably my favourite contest at the moment.  I want to wish  Phil &  Matt a lot of good luck with hosting! I think you both will make the contest as cool as it has always been.  But I want to suggest 2 things from when you'll start with hosting the contest. First of all I think it would be more handly if there would come a public waiting list (as in the  North Vision Song Contest ). I think that would give some more structure if there are still people waiting to join if the limit of 25 users has been reached. Secondly I would like to suggest you to update this list after every edition since I think it would be more handly if everyone could see the most recent information about the entries which has participated in the past. |

And as I understood right you'll make the designs and collect & count the votes while Matt will mount the videos and produce the results videos..? In that case I wonder who will update the website and so on.  |

I updated that list now. The 35th edition songs are there now too. About the waiting list, we used to have one in " welcome" thread, and all of them were replaced by withdrawing players. Now we have 24 players and no one else. If the 25 players rule will continue, and some other players want to join in the future, they can create it again. |

One teeny little thing for the new hosts of the contest ... if they can stick to the banned song list rule that'll be great (and of course add any frequent contest songs if needs be). Where is it? I have never seen it. It's here. But I stopped updating the list for a while after I see some unoriginal/overused entries did badly. (Like  Hafdal Ahlam or  Survivor) There wasn't any point of banning songs, when they weren't gaining cheap victories. |

Dear FabPlayers Here is the recap of 35th edition of FSC in Milan, Italy. The deadline to vote is on 17th June. You can send your votes only by a personal message. (from youtube or forum) And as many of you have seen, Phil and Matt will be the new hosts of FSC, after this edition ends. Further information will be given by time. Good luck to everyone... |
