About 20 minutes ago, the
Luxembourgian broadcaster and delegation coming from RTL Lux has announced the withdrawal of Luxembourg, a country which tried it's hardest to get to the final and accomplished that with a 3rd place in #16 and auto-qualification in #17. However for some time, RTL Lux has had problems with itself and borrowing conditions. Specifically the 
Netherlands, but the delegation of the two have settled things in a friendly matter, and such problems don't exist any longer.
The delegation felt that Luxembourg was very underrated. And when it deserved it the most, they always failed. The delegation also stated that when with 
Turkmenistan was the only time he qualified (before #16) and was feeling negative about it. However, RTL Lux didn't give up and brought themselves nearly to a win. However because of this interest in the grand dutchy has lowered due to the fight, although Luxembourgers can't say they aren't proud for a 
3rd place.
But also financial burdens brought about by participation, promotion and national selections caused the withdrawal of the country. Furthermore, the HoD stated that ''There's no doubt that maybe in the future, I'll be back to Luxembourg to work with the lovely RTL Lux group. However for now, I'm heading north to the RรV headquarters in Reykjavรญk, to become 
Iceland's new delegation from #18 onwards.''
Despite not taking part in #18, RTL Lux states it's still going to broadcast IMF so the public won't be upset.
