 No qualification, as happens in (almost) all online contests I participate in. Despite the preselection I put so much time in. Despite the fact that quite a few people I know tell me this song is one of the best songs ever. WHY?
Somebody tell me, do I pick bad songs or do you hate me for some reason? If it's because of the quality of the songs, I want you to know that I'm trying to make a statement against overused songs. Contests can't be fun anymore when certain songs win every contest they enter! (For example, every time I saw Cascada's Blink entering a contest, it won.) If it's because you hate me, then I have to ask again: WHY? Is it because I'm new in the contests? Is it because I hold so many preselections? Is it because my English isn't very good? Please tell me.

Mate you are being too harsh on yourself No one hates you at all if anything they probably like you more for how commited you are to all the contests I know I am. I think you have just been unfortunate with the songs and the finals alot of songs get overlooked and jsut depends on the competition that you face :/ Don't ever give up though your time will come jsut like each of us |

We do not hate you at all Why not instead of putting a NS on that you focus on finding a REALLY AMAZING SONG which can help you that you submit by yourself eg no NS |

Well, i personaly am against overused songs too, as for your choices as songs, i don't know, i'm still new here, too, but i speak for myself, i usually choose something different than usual in the contests, it may work or not, but i personally prefer ir that way, as for people hating you, i don't know, i personally don't see why would someone hate you. |

Nee, ik participeer al in online song contests sinds november 2012 en ik heb het soms al weleens meegemaakt in contests dat ik 10 edities op rij niet kwalificeerde voor de finale.  Mijn muzieksmaak is nogal uniek in tegenstelling tot anderen die meedoen in contests en dat is dus niet altijd een geweldige match. Het ligt ook aan het soort contest waar je de muziek instuurt en wat voor soort mensen eraan meedoen. Maar laat me je een belangrijke tip geven; een preselectie heeft zeker weten niet altijd meer betrekking tot succes! Sterker nog, ik vind het meestal juist overbodig dat iemand een preselectie organiseert. Het kost minstens wel 10 keer zoveel moeite en vaak levert het maar heel weinig op. Mensen stemmen op de nummers die worden ingestuurd, niet op hoe het nummer is gekozen. Ook zou het beter zijn als je minder star denkt wat betreft nummers die je al vaker hebt gehoord. Je zou moeten stemmen op wat je leuk vindt, niet op wat je het minst vaak hebt gehoord. Ik hoop je wat op weg geholpen te kunnen hebben. En trouwens, niemand haat je hier. Dat kan ik je verzekeren. |

Het lijkt me sterk dat iemand op dit forum je haat. Ik denk dat je vooral moet doorgaan met het insturen van nummers die nooit ingestuurd worden. Dit probeer ik zelf ook te doen (zegt degene die Of Monsters and Mens Little Talks heeft ingestuurd , dacht nadien ook: hmm... misschien iets te mainstream, maar vind het gewoon zo'n leuk nummer). Ik denk dat het er bij online songcontests juist om gaat dat mensen andere muziek ontdekken. Je moet je er niet teveel van aantrekken als je muziek niet zo in de smaak valt. Het gebeurt soms. Soms zit het mee, andere keren niet. Vat het vooral niet persoonlijk op, zo is het vast niet bedoeld. Ga vooral door met het insturen van nieuwe nummers! (P.S.: Aan het feit dat je nieuw bent ligt het niet. Ik ben hier nog korter en ben wel door. Jammer joh, ik had het jou ook gegund, mijn  waren voor jou) |

 Finland's out. If you voted for MadCraft, thank you very much. It means a lot. However, I'm more upset for France, who delivered one of the best songs I've ever heard, not only in contests, but just in general. IDK if I can say this, but you got the most deserved 12 points I've ever given out. Don't give up and keep sending songs that make you happy. At some point, you'll find yourself more pleased with the songs than the results.  P.S. Since my attempt failed here, what would you like to see from Finland in USC 12? An NF, a certain genre? Please, I'm open to suggestions! |
