Time to reveal the voting scheme:

Juries: There's 11 songs, so it's obvious that it will be in ESC style - - BUT then you have -, you give that to the worst song. But because of the televote, there's an unlikely chance that any song will get negative score

Televoters: 1,000 points are to be distributed to the 11 songs. They can be in any way, but you can't give 1000 to one song, and 0 to the rest, or any song. Your score must add up to 1,000. 

Combined: This is how i'll combine the votes. I'm crap when it comes to maths, so I'll make it easy for myself
Whatever points the song gets in the jury, will be added to the televote. So a song could possibly get over 1000-3000 points, judging on how many televoters. 

Tie?: In the unlikely event of a tie, the song that got more in the jury will represent Croatia in the North Vision Song Contest #10. The 2nd place-11th place will still have a chance to represent Croatia at the OGAN Second Chance Contest, which we will confirm for.

Voters:
As you know we have 11 juries. The countries who didn't apply can be a televoter, of course. Juries must vote, and for this is why I extended the deadline. 
Anyone can vote! For new players of NVSC ( myskin, ♦Luca♦Jakobs♦, and, if I can tag him as Macedonia, Matt) can of course vote as televoters. 
Associate broadcasters can vote.
Non-participants can vote, but it's their choice.

ARMENIA REPLACED
Because of the fact that according to other topics, the HoD of Armenia is away at the moment and he did not vote in the national selection of Georgia as a jury, HRT has randomly drawn a country who was a televoter at first to become a jury. His points were transferred into jury points.

Now, the countries that have cast televotes are:
Tunisia, Czech Republic, France, Macedonia, Albania, Ukraine, Hungary, while Denmark has voted, but a slight change needs to be done.
