The selection will remain, but there are some changes at the voting.

New voting rules:
The votes of each state will just be the users one's , there won't be any radio voting anymore. The other votes will be counted again as the Rest of the World voting.

The voters of the last edition will normally stay the same. If you won't vote as a state tell so immediately!!

The state's voting will form 50% of the voting. The other voters will form the Televoting, deciding the other 50% of the points!



Each state of Germany, 16 in total, will send one representant to represent their state. The international juries and the Televoting will decide who will represent Germany.

I actually searched already and the states with a date have a song 100% chosen by me
