Second last in the semi. But my song was really not that good. Nice winner, but I would prefer others. Anyway, Congratulations Taiwan! For realism: Im think China would never participate together with Taiwan. It should probably be called Chinese Taipei.

For realism: Im think China would never participate together with Taiwan. It should probably be called Chinese Taipei. This isn't against you. But no. That's just a massive offence to people in Taiwan. No one here even calls it it's official name - the Republic of China - let alone being called "Chinese Taipei". A lot of my students tell me it's an insult to their being when their country is non-existent at things like the Olympics because of China's complaints. You also hear a lot of them (despite having their grandparents live in China) say things like " ugh I HATE China! I'm not Chinese, I'm TAIWANese! This is TAIWAN not CHINA! "

Mainland China's position on Taiwan is that there is only one China and that Taiwan belongs to them. "

I didn't come last in the semi, and with 10 more points I would've qualified
