All countries must send a song in the national language 
- Only songs, which have been used before in IMF - You could make a random draw, which gives setting to everyone, eg. 1/3 has to send females, 1/3 males, 1/3 groups and 1/2 has to sing in English, 1/2 in a national laguage - Each Song mustnt be in the charts of any country (Good idea, but hard to check for some countries.) |

Just wanted to point this out: With ideas, I did actually not mean the format (which can be talked about too, but I prefer #20 to have the "normal" format with the rules as always), but it was mainly supposed about the contest itself, meaning what you would like to see in the recap , or if there are things you'd like to be included in the videos or anything else related to it |
