Well, when do you accept replacers ? And yes, I know that I am impatient, but I don't care Usually, replacement voters are countries from the PQR or NVSC-players that have withdrawn for an edition or so.. If you really want to vote, then ask a NVSC-player that you have good relations with to make the televoting/jury results for them Who will replace him if he doesn't have internet ? |
