Albania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015

Since their first participation in 2004, Albania has used Festivali i Këngës as its national selection to determine its representative(s) for the Eurovision Song Contest. This year is no different. Festivali i Këngës 53 will determine the representative for Albania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015.

The selection will consist of three shows; two semi-finals on the 26th and 27th of December, and the final consisting of 18 songs on December 28.

Twenty-eight artists and songs will be competing and are as follows (English translations are in brackets):

Among these names are familiar faces - Jozefina Simoni (Voice of Albania 2013), Elhaida Dani (The Voice of Italy 2013 Winner) and Rezhata Smaja, Xhejn & Enxhi Kumrija, Venera Lumani, Besjana Mehmeti & Shkodran Tolaj and Saimir Braho, who all participated in FiK 52, or Albania's national selection for ESC 2014.

As usual, the shows will take place at the Palace of Congresses in Tirana.

Alexander Rybak will serve as the event's interval act.
Liberta Spahiu, Turjan Hyska and Floriana Garo will serve as FiK 53's hosts.
