No? There might be 7 juries, but I think they combine the jury voting after all, just like Eurofest 2013. "A seven-member jury (7/8) and a public televote (1/8) will determine the winning entry." For me this sounds like televoting 12,5% and jury 87,5% When tha heck did Belarus do this  Meh, we'll see if it's just like I said, or not  |
