so basically all of the former Latvian entrants are nominated in the groups? I think I have to just take out the regional parts of the award show because theres too few people in it.

The Award Show Will Be Reorganised! People are obviously not joining so I've had the idea of having a panel of ten judges that I think are able to decide on the winners of each categories. I will also add a nomination round for people who aren't judges to nominate artists/groups to win awards. The judges will talk and we will decide who should be up in the running to win the award.
