I agree with the idea of a PQR, but sending countries to the PQR based on their geographical position and results of their neighbours doesn't make sense. I mean what if France, Portugal, Spain, Italy and San Marino all finish in the Top 5, but because San Marino finished 5th they are automatically relegated to the PQR? It makes no sense. Also, what if France, Portugal, Spain, Italy and San Marino all finish bottom 5 in their semi finals and for example Czech Republic finishes 10th but because they were the lowest rank in their group they automatically go to the PQR? It seems unfair.I think the best idea would be to have a PQR, but relegate the countries with the worst scores in the previous edition to the PQR (like NVSC). I get where you're coming from with all the groups idea but it can be unbalanced easily if one country finished 14th in the SF and one finishes 10th but because the country who finished 10th is worst in the group they automatically are relegated.... You won't have happy people.
Just suggestions, but it's really up to you. We already spoke about this problem, but if it wins the poll ,we should give it a try But this version causes that every country was in the PQR once. The problem of the normal PQR is that countries like Morocco would end more often in the PQR then a nordic country for example and that would be more unfair tbh

I still think the concept as a whole is a flaw, because you're screwing over countries who could have excellent results yet are still required to go past the PQR..... But you're the host and I totally respect any decision that you make

System 2 (region PQR) won the first round ! Some users said they prefer a normal PQR ,so we are making a second poll tommorow ! :)
