I know, but I haven't ideas for title of contest.  Of course, If you have any suggestions, you can write this.  My suggestion is, that the states who are in the main country (as example, Vojvodina in Serbia, California in USA, England in UK, Berlin in Germany etc.) shouldn't be able to take part If this countries, can't participate you don't withdraw. |

No, I'd still withdraw because I think, that 8 countries are too less... There should be at least 11 countries |
