I'm actually interested too for the special edition.
But I have to stick with the country in this edition and in the other ones too? Or I can change for another one in #16? (I was planning initially to play for another country, of which ESC artist doesn't have roots to, unfortunately.)

You don't not need to stick to that country no you are able to change from #15 to #16 Thats absolutely fine you dont need to pick a non europe country its jsut so youve have more choice incase you wanted to pick an artist but the country is already taken you can use their link but any country is fine.  willsong's entry is an example of keeping country and artist. αndreas is an example of euro artist in a linked country. Thansk for joining I love meeting new Participants and really hope you enjoy your time with us  |

So the decison is are we counting conchita as the person 'Tom' OR the Individual 'Conchita' Apostolis you could have Conchita for Austria ? Conchita ! Im sadly gon a have to say that Conchita can only represent Austria. Would you like to confirm with Conchita and Austria?? |

Also we have the song too.
We bring back the singer which everyone (mainly almost everyone) considered him and his song the worst from that country.
If you don't know who I'm talking about, try to remember "Illusion" from ESC 2009. Sounds familliar now? 
Krassimir Avramov will wave the bulgarian flag in MSC #15. Don't worry, the song isn't opera at all so you can breathe from relief and your ears are saved so far 
The song is called "Loving You This Way". After me, this song it's quite an improvement above "Illusion".
I mean, like really, just take a listen to it.
