With Edition #15 underway we will now open the Confirmation for Edition #16
However, We have decided to change the contest that is originally MSC
As it stands we would have a Semi Final (If enough PPs) and a Grand Final
This is About to change. Following a discussion with the MSC Moderators.
THE CHANGES
There will be four teams similar to The X Factor
After each country confirms that are allocated randomly a group, they must send an act to represent they country in the group.
To Qualify, you must be in the top Quota Depending on Number of Pps.
20Pps - Top 1 from each group
24Pps - Top 2 from each group
28Pps - Top 3 from each group
ETC.
