There's enough, but to make the results a bit exciting, it'd be nice to have a few votes before the deadline. 

Also, I will push the deadline to 25th February instead (just a day earlier) because on Thursday I'll present the results, one by one. And I won't do this on Friday as Ireland will choose their national selection act.

After Azerbaijan voted I'm glad to say that I've received enough votes to determine a winner. 

Results could be on Wednesday, but more likely on Thursday. Either doesn't matter, as Wednesday is just one day before the original deadline but I'll decide that tomorrow. Also I have more time on Wednesday but..
