In Exeter there are many people called "chavs" who stab people, steal from people, and vandalise the city. So I live in a pretty dangerous city, but the police are very good

In Newcastle-upon-Tyne, we also have chavs, however we originated the word in the 90's with an extra R and optional A = "charvas" / "charvs" and they also are a nuisance to our city, as are a lot of roadworks and recent flooding and landslides. Also, a lot of people (unlike me) have a certain accent - in some cases the words come from Danish or Norwegian - but the accents of some people are that strong that even I can't understand them. The Country: I think the charvs with knives etc is sadly the de facto state of many children these days in the UK, our education system is appalling and horrendous, especially the fact they have had to change examinations systems many times over the last 20 years, take for example the year I did my GCSEs (the end of high school exams) - I did Higher Lever(We call it Tier) Spanish whereas some people did the Foundation Tier ... the first question of the Foundation Tier Spanish Reading exam was "Q1. What is "hola" in English?" ... Whereas my questions were in Spanish ... I think a lot of our decorum has been lost over the years and that we're becoming a country that has "lost it's way" - especially the fact we had a lot of traditional things in the UK like a Garden Fate/Fair etc - now it seems that a lot of the country are more concerned about what the recent prices are in primark and (pardon my language) who's doing who ....

All the taxi drivers in Tallinn are drunk Russians. They even being paid more than an Estonian Taxi driver. It's more safety on your bike.

Most taxi drivers in Melbourne are either cheeky Indians (one time me and my dad wanted to go this place and the taxi driver just went round in circles just to get more money) or Greeks
