SEMI-FINAL ALLOCATION DRAW
On 28 February, the semi-final allocation draw for North Vision Song Contest 13 took place at ~~Tinychat~~ the

The Rothschild Hotel in

Tel Aviv, where all the HoDs met to generally discuss about the upcoming edition of NVSC.

The countries were randomly divided in two semi-finals with twenty-one countries respectively.
The running order draw is scheduled to take place on 12th March 2015.
