Maybe we could use the Top 5 of Gary's table with the "recently doing well" countries + the host?  It would still be so unfair for Georgia for example, even if they'd be 2nd they wouldn't be in the Big 5/6  omg yes |

I think, just the Top 6 (or 5) should be AQed, everything else would be unfair for the not so succesfull players  |
