Did that happen last year More or less. they were saying they were extremely interested in participating but at the end they say they weren't participating, But I thought this time they said they would participate (excluding making the official announcement) and then they were just looking at the possibilities of paricipating....  |

Did that happen last year More or less. they were saying they were extremely interested in participating but at the end they say they weren't participating, Uhm ya know that TRT has a new general director. The old one never wanted Eurovision, he hates Eurovision tbh. And he never said that TRT plans to participate, he always said that if the EBU changes the rules, TRT will participate. The new HoD is different, he said that the placing isn't important and that a competition like this is very important. Also he said that the reasons why TRT didn't participate were childish. ESCToday never announced that TRT will plan to participate, even not in 2014. This year they contacted TRT and revealed that TRT plans to participate. I'm so sure that we'll participate next year as TRT started to broadcast Eurovision performances on TV which they never did before :/ |

I really want  Turkey to return, we need more kebab songs! Edit: Also shifts some voting patterns. eg.  Germany votes less for  Russia and more  Turkey. |
