Welcome to North Laul #14, where six artists are trying to represent  Estonia at the North Vision Song Contest #14!
(Make sure you watch in High Definition!)
Six acts will compete for glory in an evening full of music, emotions and competition.
The show will have, as in the last edition, a "First Round" and a "Superfinal", where the two best-ranked performances
will battle in an exciting duel for a place in the North Vision Song Contest.
In the First Round, both Jury Voting and Televoting will count and they will determine the qualifiers to the Superfinal together.
Judges will vote by ranking all the songs with 5 for the best song, 4 for the second-best song and so on until 0, which is the last preference (6th). The Televoting will send text messages instead. Every forum voter is able to send 512, 256, 128, 64, 32 and 16 SMSs, in the order they want the songs to be ranked. In the last round, only televoting will count, and the voting will be LIVE on Togethertube, while the two superfinalists' songs are playing in the background.
In this edition, the Jury Panel is composed by  How Bogs How Blue ( Indrek Vaheoja), Rick ( Ott Lepland),  Jess ( Grete Paia),  Anton ( Mihkel Raud),  Jan ( Kristjan Kasearu) and  @douzepointa ( Hannes Võrno).
All the other users/players can vote as televoters!
