Depends of how many participants we will have,I will decide will we have a semi-final or not:
If we have 16 paticipants I will create a poll do you want to have 1 semi-final(with 14 countries,10 qualifing)
If we have 19 and on we will have a semi-final with 10 qualifiers
If we have 22 until 12 will qualify
26 15 will qualify.
35 2 semi-finals
In a next edition top 10 countries + me will be direct finalist.That will not happen if we have 35 countries!
