In Netherlands yes.

Yeah we were the first country in the world which allowed gay marriages back in 2002. I know several gay couples personally who married shortly after the introduction of this new law. I'm proud of my country, it shows we are tolerant to any sexual orientations and after we introduced the law countries which are close to us ( Belgium and a few of the nordics) introduced the law too and now in the past few years more and more countries are introducing this law.
