 Neptune Is now Officially An Unrecognised Nation and Is Not Part Of The UN.
Neptune is officially a rogue state and it will be forced to allow the UN to appoint a president for it's nation until the land has be distributed between it's neighbours in a way that we can all agree on. If Neptune does not comply then  Pohunskia and many other nations will invade and force these changes on the country. |

Official UN Announcement
The country of Neptune has to change it's ideology to an ideology that the UN can agree on and they will have a president appointed by the UN. The country will also be cut down to size. The country will be able to keep it's name but the UN will decide when the country is stable enough to run it's own affairs. |
