Some isn't enough, all of them should be Welsh. You have been complaining as you might not have access to English songs anymore yet you solely rely on English acts and haven't even tried to look for anything. Not to mention your English and Scottish acts are all famous faces that have been on the forums before none of them are original. You have made an NS where your Welsh acts have no chance as they are competing against known artists and songs. So to be honest a lot of it is lazy research and this is why the rules should change to avoid stuff like this from happening. If I had Any of the 4 nations I would use only the nations that I have. The music industry is big enough to find something. they are famous faces and there song i like to listen to and songs i would like to participate for me and the welsh song are just as good you can call it lazy all you want but its the music that i like so there isn't really anything you can do about it unless you vote for all the welsh songs to have higher points and the English songs lower but all the song have the same chance. That is great that you listen to them all and I listen to some too but the point is is that you have Wales and although you listen to a whole diverse range in music, You should be sending only songs from Wales. That is how entries work. The UK has too big of a music industry to be borrowing from each other. Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales are not in the same league as Aland Islands or Faroe Islands or Andorra, Monaco, San Marino. Also, as I have Italy I would never use a song from San Marino no matter how popular it was.

I don't think it matters how popular the song. its more if its a good song and you like it

Raign is pretty popular on here as I've seen her on other contest and regardless if the song is new people will vote by name. If you want to send people like Little Mix or Raign then i would use the country they are from. Picking Wales and then sending non welsh acts does not make sense. I might as well start sending Timoteij or Auryn for Italy as I love their songs but I will add 1/2 Italian songs in the mix because i have the country.

But this is the point Why have Wales or Scotland or Northern Ireland if you are not going to use the brilliant songs and groups that are there. if people keep borrowing it jsut becomes 4 that have just got different flags. The idea of splitting the UK is to get more diversity. Nothing was said then because it didn't matter, it is now come to a point where the borrowing is getting silly and people are getting lazy. I want to see four different nations competing rather than 4 English acts every edition. I will be hugely disappointed if this borrowing continues. Google has the answers people need to use it. Agree there completely. And even more as Antony is actually even from Wales. If "splitting the UK works that way then there is no sense of doing it. Only the stupid (sorry for that expression) contests on youtube work like that. I get the meaning and i agree this is getting funny with the borrowing thing That is why i want a straight up change from #13 onwards because it is about time to change things to be more realistic and fair since these haven't been really updated since #1 Also i want this contest to be good for everyone and a true competition among others! And it includes reality and stuff. Tbh i may introduce UK unification anyway and not depend on the result because i need a truer competition here and i want everyone to enjoy it even the viewers who are not taking part. I admit i have been scared with making these big decisions before because of many reasons and my personal history with experience and such, but now this contest is getting an update not just for me, but to every single one out there taking part or just enjoying this one as a viewer! Also don't get me wrong here, i am not blaming anyone for this situation. I fully take responsibility for this as i have been the one accepting these only due to rules but still And i don't want it to have a bad effect on this contest but i really need to think about the big scale of things if i want to succeed with FoIM.

You don't chance your music taste, what you do is make this contest realistic. You would think as you have Wales you need to find welsh songs to represent you. the HoD of England was not complaining because you had a popular song, they complained because there are popular Welsh songs out there but you are ignoring them because you are too focused on winning a contest and sending an overused song. You are not the only person on here who loves English Irish Scottish and Welsh songs but we think more logically and think "Would it be right to send an overused unoriginal English act that would win the edition rather than spending 10/15 minutes actually looking up an act from the home country that might impress people and give them a new taste in music."

You complain that you might lose the privilege and yet you have not attempted to use anything from Wales for 6 editions !!!!!! Do not go around blaming other nations and bring up their flaws when you have abused the rules most of all.

I didn't say you broke the rules. I am just saying that according to you 7/8/9 you used unpopular English Acts and then 10 and 11 you used popular English acts. So since you have joined you haven't not sent a single Welsh act despite having Wales. Now can you see why the rules should be changed?
