 USA Confirms  I am really sorry but ive jsut been reminded that I did save USA for another person prior to this edition. Is it possible of swapping countries for this edition? Unless you want to use USVI? |

I hate using them sort of countries as it feels slightly like cheating to me but i will this time as i already have a few songs lined up and pretty much all the other countries i would have selected have now been taken. |

I guess you still can, it's still in the borrowing rules. I think the rule is about disputed territories like  Kurdistan, not dependent territories like  Faroe Islands Faroe Islands can compete still you send original singers anyway. (Faroe Islands is a self governing country and there has more than enough independence to participate). if people are unsure of allowed countries then people can PM me. Oh guys, thanks  I wasn't sure about it because Faroe Islands isn't fully independent Anyway, I'll stay with that lovely land |
