I think that the whole of the planet of Fantasia is titled just a little bit so that the North Pole is slightly closer to the Sun than the South Pole, and because of that the far north of Fantasia is more habitable than the far north of Earth. Just a thought, since countries like Evämaa and the White Havens are up around 75°-85° N, which is completely uninhabitable in real life, but if the planet was a little tilted, then it'd be more realistic. Again, just an idea. Well people in Greenland and northern Canada also survive, so I guess people can live there but it's veeeery cold
