While announcing his entry for NVSC #16, he also announced that it would be his last edition as he's too busy in life. We wish him the best of luck.
However, it's not known who will get
Israel now, will it be Jack ? Or will there be a draw ? It's most likely that
fabbi gets it, at least he was generous enough to react on the leaving (comparing to Jack who probably forgot that he's even on the waiting list or something) but his interest didn't seem to be
that high. Well, we'll see what happens in the future,

Eke was also included there. He posted a list of all countries where a video was blocked in and asked if anyone could find a country where it's not blocked (the answer was
Japan btw).
Aless happily announced the
Vatican instead, which was already mentioned as Holy See tho.
Jan and Mihai decided to show him his mistake in the same way, Mihai didn't notice Jan's reply tho. Aless was pretty pissed off by seeing Mihai telling him as well. Mihai simply didn't see Jan's post before, but Aless felt offended and reacted harsh on the topic. As last week, this fight gladly didn't continue.

OH MY FUCKING GOD YAS - that was everybody's reaction when our one and only
β¨π tagged us for the recap of PSC # ! It's a common fact that the contest - which contains several popular planets such as the sun, saturns' ring or star 69 - is way better than the cheap NVSC. We all wonder what the NBU is even thinking about hosting such a piece of crap !? They should clearly copy a bit from the great ideas of PSC. Even our wonderful freestyle dance teacher Renata Bliss announced her participation in PSC #2 !

1.1 PQR Results published
It's done. The PQR of NVSC #16 took place in
Skopje. 9 countries took part to get the right to perform in the semi finals. However, as we are in the OVSC forums, it didn't work without a scandal. 2 countries (
) didn't vote in time, resulting in getting strikes, being disqualified and starting a discussion. Most people think, that non-voters and too inactive people are disrespectful towards the council. It's also kinda weird that the Co-HoD of Serbia is more active than the actual HoD. Maybe Marko withdraws, as he was last online on 31st August.
However, the lucky qualifiers of the PQR are

) failed to qualify for the semi finals.
1.2 Sneak Peeks nearly finished
6 of 7 SPs have been published. According to the betting odds, we'd move to
Moldova in #17. They are the clear winner of the BOs and already qualified from the PQR, meaning that they didn't do a
Benim Ol. However, it's of course still possible that they flop, but it's unlikely. An AQ status for next edition is nearly sure.
Interestingly, in each sneak peek except SP2, there was one country who got ranks which are weirdly low, mostly 7th (or 8th).

My thoughts on her: She's one of the nicest users here and imo she's also brave, looking at the Tom-thingie. And she's way too lucky for meeting so many celebrities in Paris

The title explains everything. It's not his fault (well, it is, he chose that song) but this total flop is remarkable. Maybe we'll break the record of
Croatia #15 having the worst result in the final ever.

MaximAs already said, Cristian leaves the forum. However, everybody sighted when he gave us a goodbye-flop. He announced, that
Israel will go to his Co-Hod,
Maxim. That was a nice gesture towards the 71 waiting list users who gladly approved that they won't move up because of this. Not. Israel won't go to Maxim, but the 2nd place of the flop award goes to Cristian.
1st place - Marko and LittleDemon not voting in the PQR
It was so controversal. Both of them failed to vote in the NVSC #16 PQR, resulting in strikes and disqualification. While
LittleDemon said, he was too busy to not being able to post a short message that he can't vote,
Marko showed us his enormous interest in the contest. All of us will agree, that he's clearly the most important and excited player of NVSC. He's so interested, that he wasn't online since 2 months. I mean, that's clearly a sign that he wants to surprise us by organising a real life NVSC or nah ? Well sarcasm off, his behaviour is questionable and disrespectful but maybe he doesn't come back anyway. However, 1 Serbian entry (who probably would've failed anyway) and 5 (!) Portuguese entries, including the NS ones, are wasted for nothin. It would've been more intelligent for those countries to withdraw but oh well.
