Just a question, in case my country is not accepted, can I apply the same country again (same name, same flag) but more information and revamped history and all that?

Yes, normally the council will give you feedback on your application that way you can see what things and you change and improve on your application |

Another question (sorry for being annoying), when you review the applications after every edition, do you guys like check the forumers applying their countries? Like how active they have been or how much they have posted?
