AZERBAIJAN CONFIRMS PARTICIPATION!

Azerbaijan has officially confirmed that they will continue participating in Grandvision Song Contest after a new HoD was found, arriving from Estonia this evening. The former HoD of Estonia will now take over after a country swap allowed the former Azerbaijani HoD to change country.

The new HoD stated that: "I'm happy and extremely excited to be taking over as Azerbaijan's new head of delegation. It will be a new journey and hopefully I can bring the best of Azerbaijani music to the contest".

İctimai Television will officially be the Azerbaijani broadcaster for the contest. They confirmed tonight that the act will be selected internally and the entry would be sung in Azerbaijani, to promote the national language to the contest. However, a national selection in the future is not ruled out.

Italy will be present in Grandvision Song Contest #6 !
It's quite sure, but for the very first time, a National Selection will be held !

The country just call for singers to send their songs !

Greek participation is still undecided!



Chania,Greece- It was announced today,after a lot of pressing that the greek participation is still undecided!
A famous greek magazine wrote about the Greek participation to the forthcoming contest:

"What will we see from Greece this edition? Nobody knows yet! Nothing have been ruled out about the greek participation yet."
Even though a big greek music label is willing to send an entry and an entrant, the greek hopes are getting lower and lower due to big budget cuts. An expert gave an interview later today:
"We still don't know anything! The greek participation is unlikely to happen!!"

An official confirmayion will be given on December 4!

ALBANIA WILL BE PRESENT

Albania officially confirms its participation in the 6th edition of GVSC after finding a suitable song for participation.
It will be sung by a returning artist.

BHRT are pleased to announce Bosnia-Herzegovina will once again be present as a new HoD has been found.
Expect more news on the entry at a later date.

We wasn´t sure if Boggs withdraw, so I asked him some days ago and he said that he withdraw completely
