Eurovision in Concert 2016

I have never been to Eurovision in Concert. Actually, I have never been to any concerts at all.
Since Francesca Michielin, my favourite artist by far, will come to Amsterdam, I would really like to attend Eurovision in Contest since I am a seventeen year old guy from The Hague.
Now, I would like to know is from what time till what time it normally takes place and how early you should be there in order to get pretty near the podium.
