Power Song Festival #20 - Special Edition suggestion

As PSF will celebrate its 20th edition soon, I thought there should be a special edition for the 20th edition.

My idea is that one country will send two songs. Also the contest would be divided to heats, semifinals and the Grand Final.

How it works:

As said before, one country will send two songs. Countries will be divided to 3-4 heats, where they will compete against each other. X countries will qualify to the semifinals with both songs.
There will be two semifinals, where will be decided what song will be the country's main entry. Grand Final will work same as usual.

I haven't yet decided how many will qualify automatically to the semifinals, or will be there any pre-qualified countries.

If the idea gets support from vast majority, it will be used for #20.

I Think it will be Mess,But for this special edition you can ask other users to join.
If you can you can make the contest with speech and spokesperson.
But if the others like this and I will like it

I like the idea and if you are lucky to get both songs into the final then 2 chances of doing well in the Grand Final
