Nordic Music Contest - Introduction

Hello hi guys, welcome to the new contest Nordic Music Contest (NMC) !
This is basically a mix of NWSC and NVMC, the old contests from me and Tobbz.
The hosts of the contest are:
Julian (o dats me) - Organisation (tags, reminders, voting grid)
Tobbz - Scoreboard for the results
linux620 - Recap in edition #1, #3, #5 and so on
(inactive) - Recap in edition #2, #4, #6 and so on + theme arts

The rules are:
- only northern countries
- there'll be a waiting list
- 11 countries, 12 - 1 points
- results will be presented by a scoreboard
- no borrowing (-> can't send Danish songs)
- not voting in time = strike
- national selections can be held in the subboard

LITHUANIA CONFIRMS DEBUT
LRT confirms the lithuanian debut in the Nordic Music Contest.
They can also confirm that a group has been selected internally. 
The announcement of the act will happen on a date which is yet to be set.

The Atlantic Archipelago also confirmed that the Artist and the Song will be selected Internally.

Iceland confirms their debut!
Icelandic national broadcaster RÚV confirms country's debut in the
first edition of Nordic Music Contest! It has been revealed that the first
Icelandic entry will be selected internally.
